Spending the year at home has me wearing anything and everything comfortable during the week, well, all the time. Loungewear has become the trend during quarantine, and I’m here for it. It’s essential to wake up and get dressed each day to be more productive and add more structure to my daily routine. Here are 7 days of outfits that I wore last week while working from home.
Monday –
A plush sweater kept me warm in my new office, which is cold. I tied a knot in my sweater, which gives the illusion of a waist. These cargo joggers are the comfort I needed for a Monday morning, dressy enough for the office but comfy like sweatpants. This handbag is small enough to be compact but large enough to fit all the essentials, and it’s so cute.

Tuesday –
I am wearing my favorite new sweater with my favorite old pants on my second day this week in the new office. It’s still a work in progress, and it’s still freezing. I thought heat rises? The pearl buttons on this sweater add such a delicate detail to this classic piece. Everyone needs a pair of camo pants; camo is like leopard print, a neutral. These Chloe slides are probably my favorite purchase this year. I bought them two weeks ago and have worn them eight times already, worth every penny.

Wednesday –
The perfect dress for WFH. This dress is comfortable and allows for movement. The fabric stretches and allows for a large lunch without the unforgiving waistband that reminds me I had too many tacos. If I decide to go somewhere in the evening, I can throw on a pair of dressier shoes and a cute hat (like this one) and run out the door.

Thursday –
This pleated bell sleeve tee is the perfect balance of casual and put together. I paired the tee with my favorite jeans and these Chloe slides, and I was ready to WFH. I found this Bottega dupe on Amazon, I’m saving for the real thing, but until then, this will do.

Friday –
I got this dress for a steal, and I have worn it to death. You can wear it in so many different ways; open over a fitted dress, swimsuit cover-up, unbuttoned a little over a tank, dressed up with heels, dressed down with flip flops, the possibilities are endless. And because it’s oversized, the comfort level is fantastic.

I was so surprised by how cozy this dress was when I received it. Love it! I really love that it’s only $14. It will be cute with some Ugg boots too. This dress is the perfect cozy weekend dress. The pockets make it the ideal outfit for running weekend errands.

Is there anything better than dressy joggers? I don’t think so, that’s why I have these in two colors, and that’s why I wore joggers twice this week. If I get chilly, a cardigan or blazer looks perfect with this outfit. I also love a pair of heels with joggers.
